How to configure the bracelets?
The product includes an instruction manual that presents a
convenient QR code to quickly download the app. With these
resources, you can easily configure your bracelets. You have the
possibility to use the user-friendly manual or download the application and
to follow the instructions step by step.
Can we stay connected even when we are far apart?
Yes. If your device is connected to WiFi or data
cell phones, you can stay in touch with each other no matter the
distance that separates you.
Are they waterproof?
IPX5 certified devices are the ideal option for
easily withstand light to moderate rain. As they are not at all
Fully waterproof, these IPX5 rated devices should not be used
in case of heavy rain/immersion in water.
Do both pieces of jewelry have to be together when pairing?
No. But a piece of jewelry must be present with your
phone when pairing.
Can I ship to two different addresses?
No, we cannot ship the bracelets separately.
A pair of bracelets will be shipped to your shipping address.
Are there monthly fees for accounts?
No, we do not charge any monthly fees.
